slideshow not displaying properly

  I have had issues for weeks with using the slideshow feature. I have cleaned the cache, etc. and it still only shows a black box. Help!!

  I haven’t heard back on this but got a support survey. Can you tell me what is going on? My slideshows don’t seem to be showing up on any of the posts I have used them on in the past.

  I took a look and everything is working properly. For example on this post the slideshow works great.

  Can you please try clearing out your cache?

  Do you also encounter this issue in a different browser? for example Firefox or Google Chrome?

  I still see a black screen on that one too. I tried it in Opera and got the same thing. Suggestions?

  I just tried this in Chrome and it appears to work. Can you tell me why it won’t in the other browsers? I don’t want to have content out there that can’t be easily viewed.

  We’ve just tested your slideshows in several Internet Explorer version, and they all worked perfectly fine. Are you using Internet Explorer 9?

  Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot in your blog’s media library.
