Slideshow on home page
-
I’ve created a post of photos as a slideshow, and I want this to be the dominant image of a site I’m creating, but when I publish the slideshow, I can’t see the photos on the homepage unless I choose one featured image. How do I set it up so the photos all show up and transition on the home page?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Have you tried making that post a sticky post? This means it will always appear as the first post on your home page. You can mark a post as sticky by using the toggle option that says “Stick to the front page” in the Post Settings:

Yes. I stuck the post to the front page, but you still can’t see the photos on the homepage.

Hi there,
The only way to take the photos from a post and display them as a slideshow on your front page is by using a theme that supports the post slider feature. You can’t do that automatically.
Please let me know if you need more help setting this up.
