  Hi all,
  This plugin has been closed as of April 11, 2022, and is not available for download. This closure is temporary, pending a full review. Do you know if this plugin will be back soon, please?

  Is there a compatible slideshow plugin which can be used instead of the one that has been closed, please?

  We hardly use plugins on the wordpress.com platform. You find all plugins on wordpress.org.

  You can find all the free slideshow plugins available in the WordPress.org plugin directory here:

  https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/slideshow/

  I recommend you look through those, and if you have questions about any specific one, you can post in the support forum for that specific plugin, so the plugin developer can help you.

  As @staartmees indicated above, this unfortunately isn’t something we’re able to help with here in the WordPress.com forums. All plugins for the open source WordPress software are made by private individuals or companies, and its the responsibility of the author of each plugin to keep their plugin updated and to provide support for their plugin.

  Hi all,

  I would like to thank you for your replies. I will follow your tips and move to wordpress.org from now on to look for more plugins.
