[slideshow] tag in Simpler Time preview

  This page has a [slideshow] tag and the slideshow is working:
  http://t123123.wordpress.com/research/

  When I preview this page using the premium “A Simpler Time” theme, I get this message at the top of the page:
  “This slideshow requires JavaScript.”
  and the slideshow does not display, except as a black bar.

  It’s hard to tell what’s going on here. Will the slideshow work if I purchase the theme? Or does the theme not support the [slideshow] tag?

  I searched the Premium Theme forum for A Simpler Time but didn’t find an answer, and can’t post there because I haven’t purchased it. Thanks for any help.

  Or I could just “purchase” this theme, ask my question in the Simpler Time forum, and return it. It’s nice that WordPress has that 30-day full-refund policy for themes.

  Your issue is probably a browser issue: if I preview Simpler Time, the slideshow does show up.
