  Slideshow width

  I am trying BLACK PIANO and MODULARITY LITE theme. Both have slideshow.
  I am on a Static Page, then upload several images and then post a s slideshow. The slideshow images take up only have the black box they post in (500px wide max). I use images that are 1000 or 950px width. I select Large in the settings. I media, Large is set to 950px.The theme samples all show out to out images.

  Can someone provide some insight ?
