Hi everyone,
I was wanting to make my slideshow have live links corresponding to the posts that they are about. Is this at all possible?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

This is an older thread. Have you contacted Staff and received an answer to your question? http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

I have the same question as the OP and have not been able to find an answer by searching through the forums. Is it possible to embed links in the photos in a slideshow? Can you do this using the WordPress slideshow feature? Can you do this using Rockyou, Slide.com, or Slideshare?

The slideshow will display only pictures in wp.com. You can’t add links. Best you might get to links might be captions with the slideshow pictures (not live links), or an index of links below the slideshow (typed in manually by you).

It basically just puts PDFs in book form, but the links still work. It works just like a PDF.

Raincoaster – can you point me to a place that would have more info on how to do it using Scribd? I looked at their FAQs and it seems to me like I’d need to create the slideshow in something like Powerpoint and then upload to Scribd. Is this correct? I guess I’d need to bone-up on my Powerpoint to figure out how to embed the links in the images…

Your understanding is correct. Scribd hosts other documents, like PDFs and Powerpoint presentations.
