Slip-in visitors, stalkers, lurkers, et alia?

    When I log in, I find someone´s blog has slipped in: for example, I check “Posts” and find someone´s blog titled “sumethynsayin´s blog” parked there. It´s a bit disturbing.
    Are there probalems with stalking or lurking? How does one report a stalker, lurker, or someone who makes fraudulent claims against one´s person; i.e., legal representation, sanity, or otherwise? Thank you.
