Slow blog and admin

  I recently implemented a wordpress theme that displays my blog on my own site (http://www.green-fab.com/blog). The problem is it loads sooooooo slow. Once it’s loaded, everything looks fine. I checked with my web host server several times and they can’t find any problems on their end. My blog only has one plug-in activated (Kimili Version 1.4 – flash embed). Does anyone have any recommendations on how to speed up the performance?

  You’re in the wrong forum and need to be over at WordPress.org. Our software works differently and we won’t be able to help you.

  This is the wrong forum. Do you people not realise that we aren’t self hosted. We are hosted by wordpress.com.
  Geez people. You belong at wordpres.org forums!
  It will be a much better help.

  hi,

  my blog is hosted on wordpress.com. the whole site (including forum and all) is loading very slow, or not at all, from this specific location (IP). i had to go over another proxy to be able to post here. did a tracert from the troublesome one, here are the results:

  1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 156.109.192.1
  2 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms 156.109.183.97
  3 22 ms 22 ms 22 ms 156.109.228.241
  4 23 ms 22 ms 22 ms 156.109.27.49
  5 * * * Request timed out.
  (and so on till row 30)

  can you please help?
