Slow connection to my dashboard

The connection to my dashboard for the blog “Cantar los días” is pretty poor. Sometimes just doesn’t open at all. I’ve tried all night to upload a 200k jpg and never worked. My internet connection is fine, I can watch videos without trouble. I was using Safari, now I downloaded Chrome and is still the same.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m so sorry to hear that. Network issues can be a bit difficult to troubleshoot, so I’ll need a little more info:
1) Are you having trouble loading any other sites on WordPress.com? or is it just your Dashboard? What about your site?
2) Can you try loading:
wordpress.com
s1.wp.com
sat.wordpress.comHow long does it take to load those three sites?
3) Additionally, can you tell me if there are other blogs that are slow for you on WordPress.com?

Hi Grace, I can load my blogs, but not the dashboard, It takes forever.
I load very fast this:
wordpress.com s1.wp.com sat.wordpress.comRight now I can’t use the dashboard in any of my four blogs.

I see! Can you try checking or unchecking “Always use HTTPS when visiting administration pages” from Users -> Personal Settings in your blog’s Dashboard and see how that works?
Please clear out your cache and cookies using the guide below after you change that setting:
After you clear it, trying restarting your browser.
If unchecking/checking the box doesn’t help, can you try disabling all extensions in Chrome?
If that doesn’t work, try a different browser like Firefox and make sure you are using the most recent version of any browser:
