I am not clear on what WordPress.COM software issue you are referring to. In fact, it does not sound as if your issue has anything to do with WordPress software as a slow loading time is usually an issue with one’s computer.

To save you time you can type the actual URL of the site you are referring to into http://whoishostingthis.com to determine who hosts the site(s) so you know where to post for support.
