Slow load time

    What my host says about my site:

    Go to the Waterfall page and scroll down the list with requests – you can see how the slow responses are starting with the requests coming from third party servers and specifically facebook.com

    This is because in order for your site to fully load our server is forced to wait for response from Facebook servers and is why the slower loading.

    Why would my site be doing that? I started this site about 6 years ago. But i’ve only just started to do something with it. Why would a site like facebook have anything to do with my site speed?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
