Slow loading & a “naming” question

I started on my blog (http://questionof.wordpress.com) a little more than a week ago and have been writing on it every day. When I load it on either Safari or Firefox, its loads pretty quickly, but several of my friends who have Internet explorer say it takes forever to load (or doesn’t load at all). Any idea of why and what I can do about this? It’s not like I have hundreds of pictures or films on it…
Also, I have a question about the name of the blog. I have a domain name: http://www.questionof.com which “sends” to the wordpress page. When using social medias to “promote” the blog, should I use the http://www.questionof.com name, the http://questionof.wordpress.com or only the url of the post? I ask this also in regard to (some day) having a chance to get on search engines.

There nothing you can do about the browser choices others make. IE is a problematic browser and Firefox is a free download. Need I say more? ;) Here’s a link to a free browser compatibility test site that you can use to determine how your blog displays in other browsers http://browershots.org
On your second issue. Use the correct and complete url for the post when using social media to promote your post. Also note that wordpress.com supplies a “short link” so you do not exceed the 140 character limit on twitter.

Use the http://questionof.com with no “WWW” in it. That’s the correct one, and you want to direct people to the unique URL.
