slow loading of site

  Hi, my visitors complain about low speed of site, for some of them it takes 30 seconds to load, others 15 seconds, even with fast computers and fast internet connection.

  Can you please give me some advice on how to improve download speed for them? They suggest me to remove widgets, Gravatar, polldaddy etc. But that would make the site a bit .. eh … empty! Already removed some of them though.

  Thanks for your advice on this, pls. don’t talk about cookies and clearing cache, my visitors know about that.

  Hi there,

  Please note that troubleshooting connections is very tricky because there are so many different reasons why it can happen and it’s usually based on a person’s individual set up.

  It could be an ISP issue, the browser, extensions, add ons etc. The best way to troubleshoot these issues would be if they contacted us directly. Please have them open up a thread and we will work with them on this.
