slow posting, managment of blog

  Posting is slow like molasses. Tried to add pluggins that would help with cache, cannot find where the pluggins menu is to upload.

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and we cannot install individual plugins into them for security reasons. Those found on the internet are for WordPress.ORG installs which run on different software.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase from WordPress.com to provide FTP access and the ability to upload any plugins .
