Slow Site and No Customer Support at WordPress

Why is the site so slow and why can we no longer contact support directly via email? This is extremely frustrating and is making work impossible. Despite having paid for this service, I’m considering leaving and taking other users with me.

Again, it isn’t the public site that doesn’t open. It’s the site when I’m logged in and trying to post or view my stats or respond to comments or anything of mine. Why doesn’t email customer service exist anymore? That has always been prompt and efficient. This is ridiculous.

Click around and looking at a few stats etc, I’m not experiencing any particular slowness on your site. Have you tried accessing it from a different location? Say work/school or a coffeeshop instead of your home internet connection? If you regularly use safari, could you try firefox and see if you get the same experience doing that?
