Slow to loading website inside of the office no where else

    My clients website does not load quickly when they view the site in their office. It loads quickly every where else. Load fast on a phone, pc or tablet.

    The external speed check shows that it is functioning well.

    Running a trace route from inside the building for http://www.stclairtwp.org or using stclairtwp.org only results in time out.

    Hosting company says the following:

     From your traceroute result, it’s clear that the domain is pointing to
    the IP 172.19.0.5 and the slowness comes from that. It seems like the
    domain is routed to that IP address on your device/network.

    Please get in touch with your internal sysadmin or reset the router
    settings so that the domain will point to the A2 server IP 70.32.23.118.

    The other two records can not be deleted as domain communication is dependent on them. 

    Any suggestions on how to fix this? The client thinks it is the website. I think it is something wrong with the network setup.
