Slow Typing using Chrome and Firefox

I have a growing problem with Chrome and Firefox while trying to compose blog entries: my typing has slowed at times to a crawl. This has been going on, and off, for month, but lately it appears to be a more consistent problem. I might be able to type a few words without issues, but then everything stalls, and it may take seconds for letters to appear. Even saving is slow. I am a Computer Tech, so I have checked and done what I can do with my computer to make sure it is not a graphics card issue, a software causing issue including Anti-Virus, or internet speed . Today, I ran Firefox in safe mode, and that made no different. Oh, yes I clear the Cache. Now, to give you some perspective, I have, for the first time, tried the dreaded Internet Explorer, and guess what I am not have any ‘slow typing appearing’ issues (so far today) using Explorer. Amazing, is it not? Also, using Chrome to access Google Docs, I can type all day in a Word document without any hesitation. I should mention, for the first time ever, I have had a pop up window with a long script error with this address: s0.wp.com. I ping it and it ping good. Any thought out there?

Are you running any browser extensions or add-ons? if so, please disable these and see if that helps. Otherwise try resetting your browser:
