Slow website and thumbnails not displaying

    My website has become really slow of late and I have to constantly clear my browsing data and cache to keep it from crushing. On the late latest posts I am uploading, the thumbnails are no longer showing.
    I have tried regenerating the thumbnails, but it is not working.
    I hope you can help

    It looks like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but is hosted with another webhost.
