Slowed to a creep…

  Now that WordPress is adding images to the post lists editor it has caused a severe delay in being able to add new posts and such. I have a slow internet connection (around 1.5 mpbs) and it now takes a full 20 seconds to populate the images.

  Can I eliminate that feature so I can get things more promptly done?

  You might want to try clearing your browser’s cache. You can find the instructions to do so here:

  There isn’t an option to disable the images in the posts list, but you can work in the classic dashboard:

  https://rjsblogs.wordpress.com/wp-admin/edit.php

  This dashboard is more streamlined and fast loading.
