Small and irritating problem with probable simple solution

Hallo, my name’s Emmiee. I have this irritating little problem that I can’t solve; I have tried to find the solution but can’t.
On my blog, at the top of the page, it says ‘Hey there! Thanks for dropping by Brazen, Stoic! Take a look around and grab the RSS feed to stay updated. See you around!’
I hate this. I would like to remove this text but cannot figure out to do it. Does anyone know what I need to do?
