  Does small business plan possible to sell the products?

  Hi there,

  We don’t have a plan named “Small Business”. If you’re referring to our Business plan, then yes, you can install WooCommerce and build an e-shop.

  Perhaps you’ve been looking at https://wordpress.com/theme/small-business
  I guess the overview could be clearer. That is a theme that could be purchased even by someone on the free plan and perhaps used alongside a basic paypal button. For more than that you’d need the Premium plan (which could include the small business theme in the price) and Simple Payments, or indeed the Business plan.
