small business, guidance to a website that fits our vision

    Dear forum on wordpress.

    I work for a small company in Denmark, and we’ve decided to remake our website from scratch.
    We hired an outside programmer for our old website, but figured we would like to make the new one in wordpress, so we can configure it ourselves in the future.

    Our vision is to have icons in the top, working as a menu.

    Then in the middle of the screen have a story about our company.

    Another menu beneath the story about our company, which we would like to be displayed as circles with the menu names inside of them.

    and at the bottom a slideshow that shows breaking news, or recently completed tasks, that we can easily update.

    Which theme and premium package would be required to fullfill this task?
    We’ve looked through the themes, but didn’t find anything that looks quite like what we’ve envisioned.
