Small logo

  Hi, I’m using the Twenty Twenty One theme and it worked perfectly for my blog, but when I insert my logo, it automatically shrinks it to the same size. Therefore my tagline, which is the essence of my blog, is not clearly read.
  Is there any way I can insert a slightly bigger logo? I tried so many other options (different sizes, cropped…) but still got the same result.

  Hey there,

  It looks like with the Twenty Twenty theme, the optimal size is 120 x 90 pixels. In order to make the logo larger than that, you will need to use CSS, which is part of the Premium and Business Plans:

  Hi @alinesfeir,

  Am afraid logo size is something that depends on current theme, not on core WordPress. If theme authors did not create special tools to increase logo size as you wish to have- then only custom CSS could solve the issue as staff-doublebassd has just advised.
  The other option could be to use another available theme with wide logo and tagline, you can filter them like this: https://wordpress.com/themes?s=tagline.

  Just wanted to add that normally logo on the themes is a small picture, like a visual representation of the company name.
  So if you want to add much wider, bigger image to have better visual appearance of the website, the image you need is called Header Image. You can look for suitable theme using this filter: https://wordpress.com/themes/free/filter/featured-image-header
  After installing such theme, a “Header Image” button will appear in Customizer menu. More info about that is here: https://wordpress.com/support/custom-header-image/
