small popup in right bottum corner

Hello,
Wantend to ask how to get rid of the small popup in the right bottum corner of mij blog. When i click om it, it shows my blog name, where to log in, copy short url, a link to abuse and subscriptions.
I tested it on mobiel and different computers and browsers and diferent tempates. It is still there.
How do i remove it?

You cannot hide it with you free WordPress.COM account.You will need to buy a plan(Premium or Business) so that you can add a custom CSS to your blog/site to hide that 3 dots actionbar(pop-up).
https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/Once you have upgraded, you can use this CSS to hide the actionbar(pop-up):

The Action bar gives logged out users a way to subscribe to your site. If you want to remove it, then consider adding the Subscription widget to your theme’s sidebar. https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/
