‘small systems error’

  I tried to click on one of the WordPress design pages and I got the following message:
  

  

  I clicked on ‘drop us a note’ which brings me to this page:

  

  After clicking on ‘I need customer service for a paid site…’ I get the following message:

  

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are you still receiving that error now? You might have encountered it while an update to the platform was being rolled out. Let us know if you need more help accessing the design pages.
