Smaller menu size for WordPress admin console

  Hi,

  I’d like to know if it’s possible through css (I guess) to change admin menu font size.
  Why would I need to do so?
  The thing is when I activate one plugin it adds extra menu item instead of “Features” see image. So “Features” menu disappears, or maybe it goes down and doesn’t fit. I would like to check if by changing the menu font size I could have all menu items fit the screen.
