okay so beginner over here, but I really really like the layout of this blask theme but my posts are not publishing like how they do on the sample. i want like one main picture with the title of the post and then when you click on the picture it takes you to the blog or the gallery. I saw directions somewhere where it said to make a portfolio and i only did that and was confused thereafter. thanks in advance!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

This is not a CSS customization issue. The Blask demo displays a mosaic grid of featured image links to portfolio projects, not to posts. Portfolio projects are different than posts. See the Portfolios support page to learn more about the WordPress.com portfolios.

The front page of the Blask demo has a static front page, with the portfolio page template assigned to it, while your site is set to display the latest posts on the front page. See the Portfolio Page Template section of the Blask theme guide regarding this feature. How to set a static front page is described in the Set a Static “Home” Page (Front Page) support page, and how to assign a specific page template to a page on a theme that has optional page templates is described in the Template section of the Page Attributes support page.

Here’s the Blog page on the Blask demo: https://blaskdemo.wordpress.com/blog/. It looks similar to the blog page on your site, which is its front page.

Hi @maddisonosouth, there are a number of themes here that display blog posts in a grid arrangement, but as @musicdoc1 points out, Blask only does that for Portfolio Projects. It might be worth looking at some other themes that will get you a grid display on your posts.
