Hi there,
It looks like your domain expired in June and was recently removed from our account. It’s currently in redemption with our registrar. I should still be able to recover that domain for you but there is an $80 fee to recover a domain so late in the expiration process. Please let me know if you agree to this fee and I can get the process started.
Your other option is to wait until the registrar releases the domain, but that can be weeks or even months, and you run the risk of losing the domain.
I see you also bought a personal plan. If you want, I can use the domain credit in that plan to pay for the domain renewal and only send a payment link for the redemption fee. Or if you don’t actually want it I can cancel and refund the plan and send a payment request for the domain recovery and renewal.
