Smart Form

  Hi all,

  I am hoping someone can assist me.

  I’m wanting to put together a “smart” form for a client.

  The form is a registration form that requires nominations. How I would like to work is that once someone has completed the form and filled in their nominee’s details (name and email) – those nominee’s get an email asking them to confirm the nomination.

  Is this at all possible? Perhaps with some rejigging of Contact 7, a new form plugin altogether, or even third-party provider? Please no solutions that will cost more than 50 USD.
