smart quotes problem
-
For some unknown reason, all my quotation marks are now doubled.
ex:
…une “ “psy” ” dans …I did not type both quotation marks. Also, older posts that were ok before, are now doubled. It looks like a WordPress problem because other WP blogs have the same problem.
Anyone else sees this ?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
We need to see examples on your blog. Will you please post the URL for the blog in question starting with the htttp://prefix? -
Are you by chance copying and pasting from another program such as MS Word or something like that?
-
Sometimes, but I just tried typing it directly and it still does it.
My old post were ok and now they are not.
I see the same problem here:

Scroll down and click “Save Changes”Re: removing the double quote marks
You will have to edit the posts and remove the extra set of quote marks. This entry explains how to editing posts > http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/edit-posts-screen/If you do that and the problem persists then you will have to contact Staff > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
Sometimes, but I just tried typing it directly and it still does it.
Re: Copying and pasting
When you copy and paste from Microsoft Word or from elsewhere this happens and other extraneous code problems as well as broken or missing HTML tags happen too. Please see the Visual Editor Row 2 icons numbered 5 and 6 in this illustration I link to below. When copying from elsewhere click the appropriate icon (5 or 6). A pop-up box will appear. Paste the copied material into it and click “Insert”. The cleaned up version of the HTML mark-up will appear in your post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#row-2

Ok, I understand all you’re saying. Tried it and it didn’t work.
But what I don’t understand is why everybody has the same problem as me and why it started only yesterday.

WordPress actually rolls our code and bug changes continuously. It could be that there was an update to the editor which is now causing this issue.
Contact staff and give them the details.
