Smart Slider 3 width issue

    Hi forum:

    I am having a real issue with smart slider 3 and the width display of its slider. I am using storefront theme and want the slider to be 1030px wide. However the slider defaults to 1064px no matter what setting I use. I have gone through the various options and settings within the slider and I can only get it to fit the 1030px if I set it to downscale only but when doing so (not turning on upscaling) the slider looks out of alignment on smaller screens. However, when I turn on both downscale and upscale the slider looks great on smaller screens (both horizontal and vertically) but wider at 1064px than what I really want it to be (1030px) on desktop screen. It is driving me mad.

    On firefox I used inspect element and I can get it to reduce to 1030px, however it doesn’t give me the correct css, only states “element” and I am pulling my hair trying to work it out. See what I get on inspect element here http://www.samuelsotiega.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/Screen-Shot-2018-05-14-at-19.39.58.png. In this screen grab I have adjusted the width to 1030, I just don’t know how to then implement the css in the “custom css” option within storefront theme.

    Can anyone help me, please, with the correct css?

    Smart Slider 3 customer support came through so quickly, amazing! All it was needed was the following code for the widget… Amazing!

    div#smartslider3-2.widget {
    max-width: 1030px;
    }
