Smartcat Design themes defunct?

  Has Smartcat design themes gone defunct? Their Athena theme is not working, no repsonse from support tickets, calling them, their website no longer has a team page, lots of broken documentation links. Are they dead?

  The athena theme I’m trying to create will not save images or text on the Jumbotron. It keeps reverting to the default smartcat images and text after I save it. Thanks for helping! The site I’m working on is http://www.NewConstructionHomesMaryland.com
