"Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever" under title

  I am creating a blog to help support the Jersey Shore after the devastating effects of Hurricane Sandy. Under my blog’s title it says “Smile! You’re at the best WordPress.com site ever.” I was wonder how I may get rid of this since it distracts from the purpose of my blog. Thank you.
