Smiley disappeared.

Contrary to many posters comments, I liked the smiley at the bottom of my blog. I felt it contributed to a positive mood. I am sure many others also felt that. It has disappeared in the past few weeks. What has happened?
Is it coming back?

The smiley is actually an icon this is used to keep track of traffic to your site. You won’t see it on your site if you are logged in… so your own visits don’t count on your stat numbers. If you log out, and look at your site, you should see the smiley again.

Hi, thanks for that. Yes I know one has to be logged out, but it isn’t there, even when I log out. Some WordPress blogs seem to show the smiley now, and some don’t.
My blog definitely used to show it, when logged out, and now it has gone.
I would like it back. -
Ah… I have no idea why that would happen then. If you add “modlook” to the tags (there at the left Tags), it will be brought to staff attention. If there isn’t a way to track your stats, that could be a problem they need to know about.

I just visited clarepalgrave.com and it is really hard to see, but the smiley is still there down in the bottom left corner. I blew up a little image of it here:
We don’t change the color of the smiley to match your background, so if your background color is dark, the smiley will be hard to see.
