hello. i am back with the same stoopid problem. i have no idea what i did (last time i wrote my post in Microsoft Office Word and copy pasted it in my Write New Post WordPress. the problem was resolved by deleting the post and rewriting it, because of the hidden „bonus” from word).
but this time i did no such thing.. i just edited all my posts by putting them into the right cattegories.. so i have no idea why a smiley „:)” appears in the right part of my page (when there should be the archive, calendar, top posts etc that appear underneath all my posts)

It is on all pages of all our blogs. It’s called “Angela” and WordPress uses it to help them figure out our stats. It’s not a problem.
The dropped sidebar thing is probably related to the Word thing. If you do a forum search for “Missing Sidebar” or “Sidebar dropped” you’ll find several threads on it with solutions. There could be several causes.

I actually noticed that when I used a different computer from the one I mainly use, all sorts of problems were occuring on my blog (such as the sidebar dropped)… It’s all a mater of having the ‘perfect setup’ of your computer/internet/browser/cacher/etc so that wordpress is happy and displays 100%…
