Smilies / emoticons not working

  I have the smilies / emoticons feature enabled. They have been working until today. They still show up as smilies on old posts. New posts do not transfer the typed :) to a smiley. Any fix?

  Check and make sure the box to convert emoticons to graphics is still checked. Maybe uncheck it, save and then check it and save again.

  All else fails, get a hold of support when they open.
