smpt plugin problems

  cant seem to get my contact form to work. i installed a plugin and got the info from go daddy to enter into it. It says there is no problem with it and that the email sent but I am not getting them.

  Hi there,

  This is the support forums for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. The site you’re speaking of is not hosted with us, but with GoDaddy, which means you’re using the open source WordPress software made on WordPress.org, which is something completely different.

  Please contact support for whatever SMPT plugin you’re using directly for help with this.
