I have another account (email visible only to moderators and staff), the account password is correct, but I didn’t receive any message during the SMS authentication, I can receive the SMS normally three days ago, but I can’t receive the SMS today

WP.com: Yes
Jetpack: Yes
Correct account: Yes

That’s when you need to use one of the backup codes you got when you set up 2FA.

When setting up your authentication, did you also generate a list of backup codes? These codes are handy if you lose access to your phone or authenticator.

Have you changed the phone number for 2FA authentication for the account at any point?

Before losing access, is there anything else that happened that may have caused confusion.

i have not changed phone number, just change device and do not have authenticator app backup so i can’t use 2FA code on app and now dont have sms too

Just to double-check, which account are you trying to access? Can you share the link to the site that’s on the account you’re trying to log into?

Generally speaking, we can’t help with account recovery in the forums, so if you’re unable to log in, you would want to fill out the account recovery form or send an email to passwordhelp@wordpress.com. But I’d like to check the account first that you’re having trouble accessing.

Okay, thanks! I’ve checked the greenfinchvn account, and it doesn’t have any two-step authentication set up at the moment. So you shouldn’t need to provide any code when logging in with your username/email and password.

Can you try logging in again and let us know if you’re still facing any issues?

Actually, I was wrong. I was looking at a different account that owns https://gacsach.wordpress.com. I can confirm that greenfinchvn does have two-step authentication.
