SMS nor Email verification codes

    I have two WP accounts. In both of them I have access to the email address and SMS number. But I don’t receive any verification code to the number nor email. Why is this happening? I confirm I’m receiving SMS from other companies suchas Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, etc. Also there’s no messages on spam.

    Hi there – Are you unable to log into the accounts? If so, could you pass us the usernames of the two accounts you are referring to so we can confirm they are WordPress.com accounts, then we can try to help get this going in a better direction.
