SMS verification
-
Hi, I’m having a problem accessing my wordpress site due to not receiving any sms after the username/ password portion. I have already turned my phone off and on but still no message. Around last July I was still able to access my site and changed it to being under maintenance. The sms that should be written there is 0917811**** not sure if it’s stated that or +63917811****.

Hi there!
Can you let us know the URL of the site where you’re having this problem? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.
Thank you!

Thanks for confirming! http://www.enzedtrade.com is not hosted here with us on WordPress.com but instead uses the WordPress software with iWeb if I understand correctly. What that means is that it isn’t a site we manage or have access to, so we’re not best placed to help with your 2-factor authentication issue.
In order to get help with your website, we do suggest contacting either your host’s own customer support, or alternatively the community forums of WordPress.org:
– (if your site is indeed hosted with iWeb) https://www2.iweb.com/contact-en/
– https://wordpress.org/support/forums/To clarify, there are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the WordPress software downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com. For reference, you can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here:
