SMS verification error

  Hi, since 2 days, i have problem to access to my account. I didn’t receive any SMS during the “Two-Step Authentication for safety” procedure. So i just can’t log to my account :(

  That feature worked well before …

  Any one else with this problem in France ? Any solution ?

  I lost my cell phone so. There is no option on the sign page that asks for back-up codes which I have. The account for this problem is senior1938voice.wordpress.com.

  I created this new account so I could bring this to your webmaster and help resolve such a problem in the future. I tried everything possible but found no option on the sign in page since I can not receive a text code.

  Also I would like this linked to senior1938voice.wordpress.com if possible. thanks

  If you have a backup code, enter that on the screen that asks for the two-step code. There isn’t a separate option for backup codes, you just use them in place of the regular code.

  Let me know if you need more help with this.

  Your account does not have two-step verification active. According to your account’s logs, you disabled that feature 3 weeks ago. You also wouldn’t be able to post in this forum if you were not already logged into your account.

  If you are trying to log into a different account, please provide that account’s username so I can take a look.
