SMTP Emails not sending

  Hello. I have been working with outlook support to configure emails to be sent from our site. I have been using the WP mail SMTP plugin and for some reason I keep getting spam error messages. Can I have some help with this?

  The problem could be that the site you’ve listed no longer has a Business Plan, and isn’t using a live custom domain. Is that the site you need help with?

  I don’t think Outlook’s DKIM records and what not (which should help with spam filter issues) will work until the domain is actually live here on our servers.

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
