Hello!
If I understand you correctly you are seeking to send from your Gmail account using your WordPress domain as an alias BUT Gmail is asking for SMTP Server, User Name, and Password information?
Can you confirm this is the screen you are getting?
http://i.stack.imgur.com/HRr6G.pngIf that is correct, than it appears you are seeking to add an alias (ie: your WordPress forwarded email which appears to be info@know…?) to your Gmail account in order to “send as” info@know…
If correct, Google requires you to register an actual email address not a forwarded one using email hosting.
See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/#changing-your-from-addressPlease note that Gmail will not allow you to send from an alias. If you use Gmail, then you will need to sign up for email hosting with Google Apps.
You will need a Google Apps account to get around it.
See here: https://www.google.com/work/apps/business/However, WordPress gives some options of other email providers that do allow you full email hosting (send and receive from that email)

If my response did not answer your question, could you please tell me exactly what you did and exactly what you expected to happen. If needed you can take screenshots and paste them here using http://pasteboard.co/

No, you answered my question perfectly. I guess I’ll go ahead and start using one of the other email host options. Thanks!
