SNAP problem in blogroll

Add topic to favorites
SNAP is not working now in my blogroll yet it works within my posts. ??

well it was working in my blogroll until I noticed yesterday it wasn’t. ?? thank you for responding.

They must have disabled it. It used to work on blogrolls. I just checked mine and it’s not working now.

why does it seem to work on some wordpress blogs and not others? could it be theme related?

I feel like being a smart ass but I’ll just remind you that we don’t do mind reading here and ask that you point at examples of where you’re seeing this. :)

Here is an example where SNAP does work in the blogroll.

Other than that I was hopping around blogs and did find another with my same theme, MistyLook, (don’t have the address now) where also SNAP did not work in the blogroll.
I guess it has been disabled, even though I have it enabled on my blog. It’s not a big deal, I just didn’t know why it had disappeared. Thank you for your time drmike.

Have you double-checked the setting on your blog? I know the visual editor sometimes resets itself, so check that Snap hasn’t turned itself off.

Also, I gather that there is work and upgrading going on for certain themes. See ifother blogs using the same theme as you are having the same issue; it’s possible that WP.com itself has turned off Snap on the blogroll for that template.

I remember that Snap Preview only works in the DOM Elements with the class snap_preview. If you look at http://elemishra.wordpress.com the link widget has that class:, while in http://hrsj.wordpress.com haven’t.

What to do? just add a text widget with a code like this:
```
<div class="snap_preview">
<ul><li>...link 1..</li> <li>...link 2...</li></ul> ...
</div>
```
that’s all. Seems is theme related…

I have done a test. Snap is not working on “andreas04”. OK on some others. It was working OK I’m sure.
