  in design extras it says Enable Snap Shots on this blog. does this mean you can add photos?

  No, it means getting a snap preview of where a link leads to. Possibly useful, possibly annoying.

  If you turn the snapshots, goto your blog. and hold your mouse pointer of links to other sites/pages/blogs you will see what it does.

  I agree panaghiotisadam, it can be annoying and slow your blog down when it loads in a readers browser.
