Snap theme navigation menu bar not showing

Hi. I hope you are having a nice day :-)
My snap theme navigation menu bar has gone missing! At the moment the only way to access other pages is through the page widget.
At the top of the page there is a black band with ‘Show menu’ on the left, but clicking or highlighting this does nothing.
I have tried Appearance<Menus< and have saved the new menu name, and checked the box that says ‘Primary Menu’ in the ‘Menu settings’.
Oddly, if I load the Customise tools up on the right, then the navigation menu appears and works fine, but it will not stay that way when I close Customise (and pressing ‘Save’ doesn’t do anything).
When I first got the theme the menu was there so either I have somehow deactivated it or there is some error occurring.

Are you still having this issue? I ask because when I go to your site, I can see the navigation menu at the very top of the screen across the top.

I have discovered that if I view via Google Chrome it is fine…but if viewing via Internet Explorer the navigation menu is missing (black band with ‘Show Menu’ that doesn’t respond to clicking). Obviously I want to ensure that all visitors can access all my pages, so can you advise how I can fix this?

I am currently using a Mac, but I had one of my peers take a look who has a PC, and she reported that she could only replicate the issue when she had compatibility view enabled on IE. You might want to take a look to see if you have it turned on yourself and if so, disable it as compatibility view can cause similar issues on any number of sites.
