Snap Theme on Mobile only works after click "View Full Site"

    Hello,

    I am using Snap theme on my website and I need some help to solve a problem.

    I use wordpress as a website and not as a blog. I have a static home page with my showreel and a portfolio page with links for more videos.

    When I first open it on a mobile, it comes up as a blog archives. That means all my content are all together in the same page. In addition, the background elements and menu are not shown as I have edited. The menu is a blue menu with a search button.

    If I scroll down to the end of the page and click on the link “View Full Site” it works as it should be.

    I hope there is any way to fix that.

    I would really appreciate if someone could help me with this issue!

    Sorry! just to make it clear, I am using “Snaps”. Apparently, there is another theme called “Snap”. Cheers

    It sounds like you had the mobile theme active. Since Snaps is a responsive theme, there’s no need to activate the separate mobile theme, which is intended for older themes that don’t adapt automatically to different sized devices. Let me know if you’re all set – looks like you’ve since turned off the mobile theme.
