Snapshot Option and other options in Video? Media?

  Hi, I noticed you redid the media section. One question. Is now when you upload a video or media. I notice that the options in on the right hand side of the screen and in a cut off type of way that the whole options of videos, media don’t show up and there is no way to take a snapshot or thumbnail of video if you want to change the frame that shows up on the post when you view post. I hope I am making sense. Perhaps maybe make options section bigger so the whole picture of the video shows up. Or , to do those left right scrolling things so you can scroll to the center of the screen to capture thumbnail of video . How in the world do we change the snapshot or thumbnail of video now? Please advise

  Hi,

  I’m sorry for the hassle — we’re aware of the issue for capturing a thumbnail of video on the Add Media screen, and I’ll add your notes for our developers.

  While I can’t give a time frame as to when that will be fixed, my best suggestion in the meantime is to capture the thumbnail from the Edit Media screen by going to Media Library, then clicking Edit for each video you need to capture a new thumbnail.
