Snapshots for my blog come up 404 Error

    I just noticed that on a friends WordPress.com blog, her link to my blog on her links page has a scary snapshot preview (huge do not enter sign Error 404). Clicking on the link works though. I searched the forum and support areas for this and did not see anything posted about it. So, I puzzled it out … I paid the extra fees to WordPress to have my own domain, extra storage and no ads. What I noticed is that the snapshot preview of my site works if the link does NOT include the www prefix. However, if the link DOES include www then it give the huge do not enter preview. Is there an option or something that I need to set to indicate that my site URL is OK both with or without the www prefix? Thank you for your help and advice! (to see what I mean, look at http://easelainteasy.com/links/ where Accepted Not Rejected in the blogroll on the right column is just fine, but inside the page, Accepted Not Rejected has the do not enter error graphic.)
