Sneaky payments I am not paying for!

    Delete my account as I have tried before but you keep charging. Says contact support but had to go through forums… cmon!

    I’m not paying for the fees!
    Please sort this

    I have tried before but you keep charging

    I don’t see any attempts to cancel upgrades, but it looks like you filed a chargeback last year, and the upgrades on this account were removed at that time.

    If you were charged again, it isn’t related to this site or account. Do you have another account with us? If so, rather than filing a chargeback (which actually prevents us from being able to refund) could you please log into the account and reach out?

    If you’re not sure how to log into the correct account, you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for.

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
